Club Ambiance offers a unique Wedding Package, available only for Resident Guests. Couples must stay at our Resort at least 48 hours before they can marry

How to book your wedding:

Step 1. Wedding Application

Click Here and complete and submit the Wedding application form. You will receive confirmation of your wedding within 48 hours. 
     
   

Step 2. Prepare Documentation

All legal documents must be in English or legally translated into English.
All translated documents must be from a legal translator with letterhead, stamp and seal from the translator’s office

Required documents:

 

 Notarized copies of the Bride & Groom’s birth certificates
 

 Notarized copies of divorce decrees or death certificates (If applicable)
 

 Valid photo I’d. of the bride and groom
 

 Occupation of both candidates
 

 Occupation and names of both sets of parents

Clear photocopies are accepted. Please do not send your original documents.

Send Documents

Notarized documents must be sent to the resort 21 days prior to arrival (this time is required at the Registrar General’s office on the island) prior to your arrival.

Step 3. Your arrival at Club Ambiance

Upon arrival at Club Ambiance, please make an appointment with our Wedding Coordinator for your wedding interview. This is where you will finalize all of the details for your special day, such as Wedding Location, floral arrangements, Brides hair styling, and any other additional options.    
     
   

Additional Information:

 

 Your marriage will be honored worldwide
 

 You will receive a certified copy of your marriage certificate approximately 3-6 months after your wedding
 

 Non-Resident guests attending your wedding can be accommodated at a wedding pass rate of US$ 55.00
 

 The wedding ceremony lasts approximately 20 minutes, followed by the signing of the Marriage certificate
 

 You will then proceed to a mini reception with cake and house champagne
 

 Total time is approximately One hour, depending on your requirements

Payment:

Payment for your wedding and wedding extras can be made upon arrival at the hotel. We accept Cash, Traveler Cheques and the following credit cards: Amex, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
